In facing the challenges of era Society 5.0, improving quality human resources is influenced by vital role education. One way to increase effectiveness talent in society 5.0 capitalize on needs labor market through recruitment. Through recruitment, an organization or institution can choose employee who qualified according existing criteria characteristics fill certain required positions. programs available at Faculty Tarbiyah and Teacher Training question implementation recruitment educators for Extraordinary Lecturers (Dosen Luar Biasa-LB Lecturer).
